Michelle D. Monticciolo is Of Counsel to Jill Miller & Associates, P.C., focusing on estate planning and administration. Prior to becoming affiliated with Jill Miller & Associates in 2008, Michelle worked for 11 years as an attorney in the Personal Client Services department at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. In her practice, Michelle has worked with clients to create and implement sophisticated estate and gift plans designed to meet the clients’ long-term goals, while helping to minimize taxes. She has drafted numerous trusts, including insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and generation-skipping transfer trusts, among others. She also has drafted LLC agreements and related documents. Michelle has worked closely with Executors on the administration and winding down of large estates, as well as with clients, Trustees, family offices and beneficiaries in the creation, administration and termination of family trusts. She has assisted clients with international assets and beneficiaries.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Michelle worked for five years in the Fixed Income Division of the investment banking firm of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
